O3D Updater

Hello, you guys again!

I finally managed to create our brand-new tool, the Updater. With this program, you can check for updates any times, and you also do not need to browse the whole net to dig up patches, maps, or any upcoming contents for the game.

This version is added to O3D asset tool V1.2!
